Triangle toasties

I've started making some cool hot breads. To the left you see the quesadilla maker I'm using for this purpose. I'm not sure how well it would make quesadillas, but for sure it makes great little toasties.

Dim sum brunch

Sorry about the long delay, I've been busy and in need of inspiration.

We went out for dim sum today. This first picture is of stuffed eggplant, peppers, and tofu.
